Zaida's Fortune's grid has 5 reels and 4 rows crossed by 30 fixed paylines, paying left to right from the leftmost reel. The low pay 10-A card ranks it in with the theme with their witchy design, and the premiums are swords, chalices, pentagrams, moons, and sun symbols. The betting range is from 0.10 to 40.00 per spin, and whatever level you choose, you need to divide it by 40 to get the line bet, which is used to calculate wins.

The Wild is the pyramid eye symbol. This substitutes for all regular symbols to help form winning combinations. It will also award a very generous 240 x the line bet for a combination of five on a payline. 

The Scatter is a tarot card that can only land on reels 1, 3, and 5. When it does, it triggers the Free Spins, and the Tarot also plays a part in deciding the player's Fortune during the round. I explain all below.

Zaida likes to show off her power to change the future, not just predict it. In the base game, she will randomly award features that last for the next five spins. These are Remove Symbols, Wild Abundance, and Multiplication.

Remove Symbols

Zaida removes all low-paying symbols from the grid over five spins, starting with the ten and working her way up to the Ace. 

Wild Abundance

During this feature, one or two Wilds land on every spin and stick in place for the remainder of the feature. This means lucky players could be playing with ten sticky Wilds by the last spin.

Multiplication

Zaida shows off her mathematical skills by awarding a win multiplier that increases by +1 or +2 for every spin of the feature.

And, of course, there's also the Fortune Spins Free Spins round. Three Scatters across reels 1, 3, and 5 will trigger this with 5 Free Spins. But before they start, Zaida will offer the player a choice of tarot cards. The one they pick will decide which of the features I told you about above is active for the Free Spins. When the round comes to an end, the player gets to pick another card; this could award another 5 Free Spins with a different active feature. But if it says collect, winnings from the round are paid out, and the player is returned to the base game. The Free Spins can be retriggered twice in this way.
