Genie Jackpots Big Spin Frenzy, is the latest addition to developer Blueprint Gaming’s Genie Jackpot series. This slot is basically a mash-up of the visuals from the Genie Jackpot slots with the action from Blueprint’s other classic game Fishin' Frenzy The Big Catch.

And I’m happy to say that the combination works perfectly, especially thanks to the addition of a few new elements. The 5x3 game grid is set in the middle of the Cave of Wonders, with piles of treasure littering the floor, and towering genie statues overlooking it all.

There are ten paylines crossing the grid, and it will cost you from 0.10 to 10.00 per spin to try and get the genie to grant you a wish, or at least a win. This is a medium volatility game, but it still comes with an impressive maximum possible win; 50,000 x the bet!

The Genie Jackpots Big Spin Frenzy slot has a total of 13 regular symbols. At the lower end of the paytable, we find the usual 10 to Ace card ranks. The premium symbols are a book of spells, a sack of precious stones, crossed swords, and finally, a turban.

And sitting in the middle of these are four piles of treasure, starting with a stack of gold coins and growing to an overflowing treasure chest. In the base game, these give payouts for a combo of three or more, just like the other symbols. But in the Free Spins, they get a whole lot more valuable.

The Wild is the genie himself, and he’ll act as a stand in for other symbols to help form wins. The genie is also the most valuable symbol in the game, and, like the next most valuable, the turban, will give payouts when two or more land on a pay line. The genie’s lamp is the Scatter.

The genie makes wishes come true, but to summon him, you first need to find his lamp. Landing 3, 4, or 5 of these will get the player 10, 15, and 20 Free Spins, respectively.

During the Free Spins round, the cash values attached to the piles of treasure become active. These symbols still give prizes for combinations, but whenever one of the genie Wild lands, it will collect all the cash values in sight. If more than one genie lands on a spin, they will all collect the cash values.

Wilds are also collected during the Free Spins, and after every four, the round is extended and upgraded as follows.

All in all, Genie Jackpots Big Spin Frenzy is exactly what I was hoping for. The cheerful, cartoon-like visuals hide a powerful game, with exciting features and the potential for some very big wins.
